Recognition for employees that deserve it. Reprimands for employees that deserve it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The position I'm in is strictly a reactionary one. Due to the nature of the work we do not often get to make proactive plans. Challenges arise constantly and it can be incredibly stressful at times. I don't feel enough recognition is given out to those that resolve issues efficiently.
