Lower starting rate than our chief competitor for some heavy work. Someone could easily make more, with better benefits elsewhere.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team spirit is low. Most people on the PM sort are just there for the benefits. Full timers are even more miserable and management is willfully oblivious.
