Hard slashing of hours even though understaffed. Expected to get planes out even without having the employees to do it reasonably.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Switch from part time only to full and part time positions. I used to work 10+ hours just to make sure the pre and post job got done to having hours slashed because I am part time and now we can't have part timers working more than 30 hours a week.
