Being out on the route by myself and managing my own day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our boss is fair and does the best he can with what he's given. We try to help each other out since FedEx sure isn't gonna look out for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
FedEx drivers are the face of FedEx, the ones who deal with and are face to face with customers everyday. They should realize that without us it wouldn't happen. We are out in every kind of weather no matter what, yet we aren't appreciated.They pay us as little as they can possibly get away with.
