What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing the work of associates. Wether it be FedEx ground, freight, or express. Letting us (assosiates) know that it's not JUST about the box, or package. It's the teamwork also. Sometimes feel like we are just a year in a big machine working countlessly to load packages feeling unappreciated.
