My department is very diverse.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I work part time 5-6 days a week. I wish the days were less and the hours were extended each day
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. Our goal is to get the work done so we can get home to our loved ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have the most physically demanding position at FedEx, but yet my department gets paid the least. To make things worst, we work without AC
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management. They also need to hire more workers. They need to combine the part time hours rater than having us work 5-6 days out of the week
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt comfortable. I didn't have to wait for a "phone call" I was told that I was hired on the spot as long as my background check was clear.
