No one likes their jobs, always complaining bout this or that

Same pay whether your working till 5 or 10pm. And no benefits for drivers, except paid holidays and vacation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hire more people. Package handlers, to get drivers out at a decent hour every morning. Create more routes and hire more drivers
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have an actual interview! People fill out applications and are instantly sent for physical and drug test. If pass they are sent to contractors for them to hire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to not expect a driver to do his/her route with 100% service then go and do another route. Drivers are staying out till 8pm - 10pm, doing deliveries on a route that could be cut into 2 routes. FedEx contractors typically start you at $600.00 per week, whether you work till 10 or 5.
