Well it is not everybody on the own. There is no team work. The training this company gives is not adequate and does not teach them half of what they should now. People get paired with people that should never do the training and trainers pass people so we have body’s If they can’t do the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company is it a bad place to work for but when u are with them for twenty years and still not topped out it make it hard. They ask u to bleed purple and do what right for the customer when u don’t see that from the uppers. When it all became a numbers came , the true Fedex was lost.
