Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fedex ground has no benefits packages for drivers, we do handle packages up to 150 pounds which clearly say team lift but can’t afford to send 2 drivers out per route, and the drivers can’t afford hurting themselves lifting these type of packages without insurance to back them if they get injured.
