
Very easy going though I know they’re looking for how we sound, interact with the people on the other end of the phone line
Sharing ideas , always looking for tips to do the job better though they seem to be wanting a whole lot more out of us
Pay is good after many years...insurance quality has gone down more. We have gone from once not having to pay anything and getting a lot of coverage to paying and getting less coverage
The company is bringing back a more domestic rep culture. They outsource, but have closed/cancelled a few of them lately. Customers do want to hear from someone here in the US rather than a abroad
