What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and providing solutions to repeated concerns
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher hourly rate. Hard to keep great workers with low wages.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything came off positive. I was anxious to get to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More support from management. Have managers observe the work that is being done by everybody, and correcting those that are not doing it correctly, repeatedly!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Younger co workers don't have the same work ethic. We are always looking for help so FedEx is hiring anybody regardless of effort level of work. Frustrating!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to be busy, but don't like working with people that don't have the same work ethic. I end up doing a lot more work than others. That gets old, because they continually get away with it too many times.
