Everyone is positive, happy and motivated. Very friendly and easy to communicate and work.

We are on the same playing field, everyone is equal. Friendly, open and honest work environment, very favorable.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Stock purchase plan should have a match or company contribution! I also think they could improve their 401k contribution.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling appreciated and compensated sufficiently. We receive different pay incentives, meetings, food and beverages and are regularly verbally recognized of our appreciation and hard work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing I feel somewhat under compensated for would be the 401k match could be better, and the stock purchase plan is simply at cost without a contribution, I feel they can do better!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Equality and friendliness. I have worked for Corporations that you feel *Different* or *lesser* than upper management, patronized or condescended when spoken to, and that doesn't happen at Fedex, at ALL. It is very friendly environment, an equal playing field.
