As of right now it is a terrible company to work for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay. Benefits. Weight limits enforcement. Less hours. No one wants to live at their job especially when there is nothing to look forward to in the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not enough for what we do and all of the hours worked especially not having any benefits at all. Its turning out to be the worst company I have ever worked for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not my coworkers fault it's the company itself. It's out of control. It's not worth it especially with the pay and no benefits. You have people who cant retire that are old and still trying to work 12 14 16 hour days for pennies. Its ridiculous.
