
More focus on letting people do the jobs they were hired to do, more support for those tasks. More attention is paid to growth which is outstripping current system support and engagement.
Our team is small; half the team is very engaged and the other half is actively looking to leave. It has created an uncomfortable dichotomy. Either the ones who want to go need to leave or to engage.
A year ago my manager left & we were w/o a mgr for ~4 months. During that time I took on many of the key managerial duties and was never compensated. Further, my new manager has refused to take over many of these responsibilities now. I need to either be paid to do a mgr's job or lose the extra work
