leaving is far the best thing as we work in the elements .lol

We all pull together when needed. we can work really well together so we can get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It depends on who you talk too. There are some people who are easier to talk to and actually listen to you while there are other people that couldn't care less
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we all will come together near and far to help one of our family members(co-workers) who are in trouble. We have cook outs bake sales and other fundraisng to elp out.
