Pay employees what they are worth. They keep us hourly so they don't have to pay much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care about the employees at the bottom. They give the higher ups nice bonuses but take the bonuses away from the employees at the bottom doing the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The higher ups have egos and can be mean. They are not happy because they are saying the company is not doing well so that trickles down to the employees and we get yelled out.
