In the beginning there were alot of communication flaws but in the middle things finally smoothed out until towards the end, was put under investigation and fired eventually without no alternatives

provide alternatives instead of just firing employees after assuming the worst

no benefits to provide childcare assistance in exchange for working for them

in general its the work itself that is the best thing than communication

the working itself is the only thing better than interacting and communicating with the upper team
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
like I have mentioned before interviewing aka investigation, it wasn't through so they assumed and decided to fire rather than provide alternatives
