The company has many flaws related to the care of their employees health and happiness. In my experience the company looks at each employee as disposable and does not care if they get hurt or leave.

We all function as one big well oiled machine.

Being thanked for doing hard or extra work. I was expected to go above and beyond without praise.

Management needs to better control the lack of support drivers have and how hard they work each driver
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team was always on the same page of what needed to change. If I ever had a problem, the team knew how to work around it.
