There are times when FedEx is afraid to fire someone who is a black woman. She has been written up many times, she is toxic to the manager team. When she is at work I really really don't want to deal with her. It is her way or the highway attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are responsible for our mistakes.

Having a pension plan which not a lot of people have any more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If there are no packages to move we go home. Not stand there doing nothing.

They understood that it has been awhile since I had to work for someone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
When as a team we reach our goal and the upper management why we can't reach it some days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That the manager I work allows me to expand my area of knowledge. We are allowed to try new ideas even if they fail.
