Communication and ethics . The leadership staff is rarely held accountable for unhealthy work decisions.

Having relationships with the customers . Knowing the regulars and introducing ourselves to the first timers .

We work hard! The work flow is great as long as the manager doesn’t mirco manage the team
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was offered two positions. I accepted one . Then because the other job wanted me there he canceled my offer at the place i really wanted to be at. It seemed unfair
