A clue and values. Hire more systematic/ sympathetic leaders.

They need integrity and not come to work for the paycheck.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have work hard for every mert raised I have earned through my 12 year with FedEx but to hear that new manager are making or where given the three to five dollar bump last October make all's my hard was unvalued. That I would have to leave FedEx just to make more money for what with another company
