FedEx Freight is a great place to work. The team is fun, and we all get along and work well with each other. I can't say anything but good things about it.

We work hard and work as a TEAM. Great group of individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dockworkers and drivers are a great group and provide an enjoyable environment because of their respect for one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Attitudes with my coworkers are great. It's almost unheard of to have so many positive individuals to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am all about retirement and long-term options. FedEx Freight helps with this and I am very thankful to work here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Every team has growing pains and right now there are some new leaders that are trying to find their way. Not a bad thing by any means.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My last interview was for an Operation Supervisor and I felt the questions being asked were in tune with the operation and leadership. I scored a 93 but didn't make the cut this time but I will next time!
