Always had a good team and good managers (with the exception of one), and while there have been series of layoffs and turnover with some of my peers, I've largely felt appreciated by my colleagues.

I feel appreciated, just not necessarily through monetary compensation. FA pays on the lower end of ranges, and the benefits don't seem to cover much.
