Alignment to company (not division or unit) performance, incentivizing a drive to the "best outcome for the enterprise" vs. personal goals.

not market competitive. felt good when i started (5yrs ago) and growth since then hasnt kept up with the market pace.

I have recently taken on a significantly larger amount of responsibility and received no compensation for the additional work. I am disappointed in this and have talked to my leaders. I do believe my leader is working to fight for this.

Variable portion of total compensation should be paid the year it is earned and not over the next three years. RSUs can be in addition for better performance (if applicable) but can't convert compensation to "to be paid over time"
