Positive Reviews From Frito-Lay Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
Everybody showing up and doing their job. Everything not breaking down constantly. Not being forced against my will to work overtime
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is really cool. My lead is too. When you go above them things get shady and don't even bother with HR
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    The benefits are really good

Constructive Feedback From Frito-Lay Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The ability to grow is paramount in any industry. It is tough to receive more responsibility for the same amount of pay. My recommendation would be to advance the employees that bring value regardless of their origin within the company. Base it on merit, not on background.
  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Drop the third party hiring company
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being lazy and relying on the next guy to do the work. Show support or insight to do something better another way or show how to. Without critisizme
