Less bureaucracy since this is killing speed, the joy of work and gives stress to people. The process are so complicated and costly There needs to be processes to control the business, but the amount we have is makin people loss the overview. The COST is too high compared with the benefit.

Lack of support and resources to do our jobs. We are so lean that we can't execute RFQ's in a 3 weeks period. To much time being Project manager, expeditor and resolution mediator given the lack of help. Everyone is stretched to the breaking point.

Employees are undervalued. There is lack of recognition, more responsibilities but no promotions, people with less experience getting promoted ahead of those with more experience, no room for growth and lack of raises.
