As they always have, there is an open door policy with them. They are willing to hear what you have to say: suggestions, questions, are open to feed back of all kinds and take it seriously. They are all approachable. They all seem to have the best interest in not just the company but people too.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Figuring out how to give better benefits to their employees. There is no matching 401k and we pay the full premium for our health care plans. That is over $1000 a month and that delivers a pretty large hit to our salaries.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay, and especially after 30 years of recruiting experience, however, I know these are hard times and love everything about Genesis10 and hope to retire here.

I have been here for over a year now and there was never any talk about a performance raise. Besides my salary, there are no other benefits to the job. No matching 401k, no help paying the healthcare premiums, to be honest I have thought and may leave the company because of the no benefits.
