We need clearly defined operations, and stronger retention of our customers if we want to continue to operate in this market.

Needs to have better accountability from each DC to get the work done. Having a facility with almost twice as many employees and 200+sqft additional warehouse footage. Upper management should not be taking orders and directing them to a facility with less people and less space to work with.

I feel undervalued because I am crossed trained and not all EO are crossed train and I am asked to do more

I personally think Las Vegas is putting so much effort to be getting paid what we are getting paid, also Vegas inflation went up way to much i think we should get another inflation raise. personally feel like it barley enough what we getting paid now for the coast of living.

They are always full of energy and ready o work.

I have to say having a great lead to have things under controlled with our cut offs, having a team who would stop for a minute to get a helping hand with heavy products, knowing I have a team that we can all work together and have everything done.

not really their fault, the company does not look for the correct person for the job but because our pay is so low they have to take anyone they can get

Accountability for everyone and not just certain people

treat the employees as people and not just workers. Global use to be a company that respected people now they just tell you (shut up and give me numbers. I dont care if you see your family ...do more.) We keep getting emails from CEO but they are not directed at the actual "workers" just sales teams
