Stop the micromanagement of employees

leadership talks a lot, but doesn't really achieve improvement in critical areas, such as customer service and warehouses, as well as admin support for the sales department ASMs and AMs.

Better Purchasing and Inventory Management. After-Sales Service in Canada is missing, especially for our large equipment, such as Floor Scrubbers & Sweepers. Product and Customer Service, and especially Tech Ticket Support for Canada need serious revamping. Need more sales support.

The pay rate is below the market average - I am sure the leadership team can do more to help support and retain employees where the financial situation is challenging.

I enjoy dealing with customers and positioning the Global brand. I do not enjoy fighting internal battles with other departments and dealing with people who don't care as much as I do. Account managers pay checks are affected by the forces beyond out control and other department don't care
