What did you like most about the interview process?During my interview I was given a take home assignment that was due at our next interview. I personally loved that piece of the interview process because it made me feel confident in my abilities and also gave me insight into the work that I would be doing.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that the work that I am doing has a real impact on our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Really healthy culture and work life balance is great. Everyone works really hard, but there is still flexibility if needed.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I would not have even interviewed had a dug into the company andnits leaders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It cannot be improved this company is a lost cause with nothing substantial to offer customers or employees. Everybody is better off steering clear.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pursue careers in the state penitentiary-The environment would coincide with their professional skillsets moreso.
