    During my interview I was given a take home assignment that was due at our next interview. I personally loved that piece of the interview process because it made me feel confident in my abilities and also gave me insight into the work that I would be doing.

    Knowing that the work that I am doing has a real impact on our company.

    Really healthy culture and work life balance is great. Everyone works really hard, but there is still flexibility if needed.
