What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's important that the leadership team take a pause to understand the impact that years of frequent change, leadership attrition, and pivoting priorities have had across GRAILers, especially those that have devoted years to working for this mission. Sometimes, it's too "full speed ahead".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on recent hiring experiences, our salary/bonus/401K match compensation is far below what is currently being offered in the industry. Attracting new talent to 3 open positions on my team took nearly half a year. For 2/3 of those positions, my top choice candidate declined their offer.

Long term employee and have been loyal. Company should provide fair pay to respect loyalty and ensure they are paying well compared to the competitors

The team I work on has been absent a true team manager for more than half a year. As time moves on, the responsibilities of each individual has grown to fill the void of the manager. We have seen no compensation for it, and though we are looking there seems to be no urgency in filling the position.

Working outdoors at the umbrella tables on-campus and drinking water. I like that I have the flexibility to work from home or on-campus. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which is greatly appreciated. Complimentary drinks AND lunch stipends. We have everything we need to work comfortably.
