All about making the numbers, pressure is hammered down. Feels too chaotic. Hurts planning activities. Lot's of things to improve. That being said, it's a place where if you're sharp enough and willing to put in the hours you can get very good opportunities.

Just patience. That should be enough.

Working on things that make an impact, or at least understanding how it makes an impact

We're all humans... Just treat as humans and not as machines that work 24 hours. Feels that way sometimes...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Demands from management are very high. Few take into account the person, most just look at the result. Taking a day off is a problem. It's not like that on all the organization, I guess a matter of chance also on leadership/managers
