A team should act as one, quit throwing your direct reports to the wolves when you have no strategy or plan
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is a cake walk - if youve had a corporate interview you've already done a honeywell interview. Its exactly the same
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The employees do not owe honeywell their life just because it is a strong fortune 100 company. Stop using threat and fear as ways to instill results from every employee
What makes you most happy at work?
The salary is the only thing that makes me content, not happy. I also do work with numerous smart people but at the end of the day we are all piranhas in the fishtank leadership put us in
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers throw you under the bus to defend their own paycheck any chance they can. Its the culture unfortunately when you are forced to validate your position monthly then comparison becomes a go to way to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay. The medical benefits are awful but the pay rate is much higher than industry standard. 401k match is awesome. 11%. Dividend payouts are also an option which is nice. If ALL you care about is money, work here. It you have concern with health, family or life in general do not work here
