Way too many meetings. Like almost 40 a week.

Not much. I don't have much to look forward to and will be quitting as soon as get a superior offer

There was a lack of communication. They went quiet 1 month into the process. Then they came through with an offer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More empathy. Don't have 1 employee do the work of 3. Don't work employees 60-80 hours a week during the pandemic. Dont threaten and be vindictive. Don't put everyone on a PIP.
