That they allow you to do what you need to do to take care of your clients and get your work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd honestly like to make more, but who wouldn't. I do wish the company still had the pension plan in addition to the 401k, that they provided more in the way of paid time off/vacation, and that they included stock options as a part of compensation.
