Decent company to work for with some good employee packages, but the communication from management anything above FSL (field service leader) is non existent and there training is ince again absolutely terrible, they just seem to exowct you know brand new systems off by Heart without any training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No recognition from management when you work hard. Definitely more communication and recognition is needed from middle and higher management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Basis field level communication with its employees. Im sure Honeywell management must think their employees have a crystal ball or mind reading powers.
