Define responsobilties dont dump everything on a person you are paying the least!

Clarity on growth and DONT discriminate in the name of technical and non technical people!!!!

Professionalism and interaction and learning about how i can grow with the company which didnt come true though

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If there was actually fare pay policy for the position that i hold irrespective of me being on technical ot non technical role. Even after giving revenue to organization there is no growth

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to define growth for every individual. If there is no growth there is no motivation to deliver no matter what the target. Dont ask people to apply for jobs to grow as they might as well leave you for good. There is no dearth of jobs. Treat people right and fare; dont insult colleagues in front
