Professionalism and vision in which i have been taken out now since there is growth for company and businesses but not for us

Remove barriers by paying fare and giving right merit and provide benefits that are deminishing and provide growth or no one will work with you

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to stip lying to their teeth and telk upper manEgement on unrealistic AOP targets that get you peanuts in the end while company makes great progress still

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no fare pay. They make exceptions for technical people only and use other employees to get all sales work done but not progress them at all. Sick management thAt dont reward people for their work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of the technical people are conceated and rightly so since they are backed by leadership and get all exceptions. They think they are the only ones running the business and disrespect others even in front of customers
