Sad to leave Honeywell after only a short time as i had been excited for long term opportunities with the Company. Ultimately decided to leave because the work load is unfathomable (every employee does the work of at least three people), the culture is beyond toxic, and I loathed going to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly loved the camraderie of my team-- felt a little bit like in the trenches which made for close bonds
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Gosh -- hard to say -- massive staffing needed, valuing employees with real financial incentives, not allowing toxic environments to thrive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a few good really amazing people in leadership roles -- they cannot save the morass that is the rest of leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because every employee does the work of at least three, salaries are grossly unfair. Honeywell is also crazy cheap on everything except 401k match -- get insurance from a spouse if you can
