After a horrible squeeze due to attrition Que told HCE in an All Hands they "squeezed the lemon dry" regarding our company's earnings. They sure did. Everyone is exhausted and brushing off their resumes. I suppose that's a cool culture so long as Que gets her multimillion dollar compensation.

Not much other than my colleagues

Valuing employees and realizing when people are tapped out on work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of leadership, lack of customer base understanding, lack of care for contributors
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who is under the c suite and veep level are good folks. It's the only thing keeping me here but that can't last too much longer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are lackluster. They eliminated bonuses. Growth looks stagnant. I pay almost all of my healthcare bills out of pocket despite paying a lot more than I'm accustomed to for health insurance.
