I first started it was ok .because its something I like doing. Then Honeywell wanted you to live there and not wanting to pay for your skill set . Then I seen how they was taking people's rights away and discrimination of religion.

We help one another out like you are supposed to do. Because we are all a spoke in the wheel.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consider the people that is working on the floor and to remember that we have a live outside of the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To start treating people like people not a number or a robot. Pay rises after so many years of working and the skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because there isn't nothing as of right now that makes me want to come to work. The medical can be a whole lot better along with the pay.
