What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some great teammates, and I feel we work well together. However, some teammates hamper productivity and have been doing so for years, but the company won't let them go for some reason.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health plan is relatively expensive for a big company. It feels like the annual raises are too low to want to stay with the company for a whole career. Maybe they expect people to leave after a few years because they become dissatisfied with the low raises.
