Everyone wants to see everyone else succeed, there is no toxicity and while we challenge each other it is always constructively
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to help each other succeed. Older engineers are generally very willing to take you under their wing and pass on their knowledge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued, however I work hard at my job and it is recognized. I do wish the health benefits were cheaper. Would also be nice to have a more modern facility
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager dedicates blocks of time almost every week to have one on ones, provide feedback and is generally very in tune with the team. As covid wanes, we are starting to have more group activities and social events
