What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding that lean management doesn't work when only 20% of the people employed actually do work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

60% of my coworkers need to work on actually caring so the other 40% aren't stuck picking up all the slack.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No one cares anymore. The people that are worth their weight are leaving and we are left with the subpar employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Upper management doesn't know the job of the people that run the plant. Therefore when we get rated on a 9 block scale they look for anyway to keep you at the small required raise. Also hourly technicians make more than their salaried supervisors.
