Honeywell is concerned with appearance and executive compensation. Real customer and employee satisfaction does not have any interest to them except where is serves the two primary concerns.
Executives that value input from employees, realizing dialog is a two way street. Really supporting the "unlimited vacation" policy, instead of bragging how much they work (while ignoring that they accomplish so little). Fixing customer issues instead of constantly "reorganizing to improve."
