What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Using data, customer, and employee input to make strategic plans. Right now, they miss all four of those objectives needed for sustainable strategic advantages.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Honeywell is concerned with appearance and executive compensation. Real customer and employee satisfaction does not have any interest to them except where is serves the two primary concerns.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Executives that value input from employees, realizing dialog is a two way street. Really supporting the "unlimited vacation" policy, instead of bragging how much they work (while ignoring that they accomplish so little). Fixing customer issues instead of constantly "reorganizing to improve."
