What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership recognized Chain of Command and Protection of Equity Holder's Benefits. Management was organized and deliberate about setting and acheiving goals and objectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was underpaid at my prior position and although I was given an increase, my performance was Outstanding, by the numbers, and I was held back so I went consulting and doubled my income..
What are some of the best things about your team?
My vocational education from High School's Saturday Program and the Enterprise Forum at the Massachusetts Institute of Technolgy, led me to a terrific consulting career with Technology Based Start-up or Incubator Tech Startups. I worked in Artificial Intellegence in the 70's.
