They are all very helpful, polite, professional, smart, and extremely knowledgeable and eager to teach

The people I work with, accomplishing something big in a project that effects my entire home town city.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just being surrounded by a lot of different cultures and people. Being involved in a lot of different aspects of cutover is nice

They are very knowledgeable and are extremely nice and friendly. They are extremely helpful and actually care about their employees a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing a lot of work which someone who does should be paid almost double. I get great benefits and great experience but it lacks the pay aspecy.
