Technical people are top notch and work well together, in general.
Compensating employees, paying attention to warnings from tech people, hiring enough people so everyday isn't spent in crisis mode.
If average merit raises were high in years when Honeywell makes record profits, instead of being 2-3%, I wouldn't have such a hard time accepting low average merit raises in poor/average years.
