What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work directly with my customers to schedule my weeks and dispatch directly from my home

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was a cry for desperation because Honeywell suffers such high churn (hind sight speaking of course)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't "feel" undervalued, it's a recent headhunter fact. Companies are offering me $30-50k more as a Controls Engineer. Hiring on, I went from 4wk vacation to 3. High deductible insurance is not a company's only option.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers do not need improvement. Forcing the conversation in this survey is the very thing wrong with corporate management teams. Mandates but no communication (that's a two-way concept) - but this too must be necessary for an "international" company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Experion PKS development needs to cut the ties with its robbed springboard from its building management application. Honeywell HPS customer perception is we are a company acquisition and software licensing firm - engineering and development is no longer associated with the international behemoth.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Withholding salaried employees base pay is a violation of FLSA - no not just me, but my entire team of 8, at least one pay period per individual. Kronos should lead to a class action lawsuit, but its simply easier for people to leave after days of waiting for payroll to investigate errors.
